Family Promise of Greene County, Ohio - Interfaith Hospitality Network – 372-0705. Serving families who are homeless (single parents and their children, or mom and dad with their children). We look at police reports very carefully. Families stay up to 90 days with reviews 3 times each week to make sure they are on track with looking for jobs, looking for housing (either through private resources of their own or Greene Met) & taking classes we set up for them (i.e. budgeting, parenting, nutrition, & others). We will help them in any way we can to get back into self-sufficient housing. We can only take a maximum of 24 people at one time (12 bedrooms).

A Life Coach assists the member with any barriers or life challenges he/she may be experiencing. This may include housing, transportation, food access, legal issues and/or childcare. The program provides navigation assistance to community resources and further support. In addition, the Life Coach assists with goal setting towards education/training or the job seeking process. Our program provides tools for success in a member’s journey towards self-sufficiency.
Cross Connect – Rex Robinson, 689-9068 & Becki Robinson, 689-0149 - A cross-cultural ministry in Xenia to mentor people out of poverty/ reconcile the poor in spirit with the Kingdom of God (from both relational and financial poverty), and to connect anti-poverty efforts in Xenia.

Greene CATS Public Transit’s services are open to the general public. They provide two types of Demand Responsive service: (1) Scheduled Rides pick up and drop off riders at any location within Greene County with limited service to Montgomery County. Operating Monday-Sunday 6:00 am - 9:00 pm; (2) Flex Routes have defined routes with scheduled time points that circulate and link Greene County communities of Beavercreek, Fairborn, Xenia, and Yellow Springs; operating seven days a week. A flex express route that connects Xenia to Downtown Dayton is also available, weekdays only. Deviations on Flex Routes up to 1/2 of a mile are available upon request.
For Scheduled Rides and Flex Route Deviations, call the Scheduling Office between 8:00 am and 4:00 pm, Monday-Friday, at least two business days (by noon) before your trip date. Requests may be made up to one month in advance. All buses feature bike racks mounted on the front of the bus for carrying bicycles and meet ADA accessibility guidelines. The Center provides transportation service to those individuals in Beavercreek who are not able to drive or do not have transportation. The cost for a ride is only $2 per one way. Requirements are as follows:
· Individuals must live in the City of Beavercreek or Beavercreek Township
· Rides will be accommodated in the Beavercreek area as well as all medical facilities in the Greater Dayton area.
· Ride must be scheduled at least 48 hours in advance, Monday through Friday from 9 a.m. to 4 p.m.
· Rides are on a first-come, first serve basis. Medical appointments take priority

Greene CATS Public Transit’s services are open to the general public. They provide two types of Demand Responsive service: (1) Scheduled Rides pick up and drop off riders at any location within Greene County with limited service to Montgomery County. Operating Monday-Sunday 6:00 am - 9:00 pm; (2) Flex Routes have defined routes with scheduled time points that circulate and link Greene County communities of Beavercreek, Fairborn, Xenia, and Yellow Springs; operating seven days a week. A flex express route that connects Xenia to Downtown Dayton is also available, weekdays only. Deviations on Flex Routes up to 1/2 of a mile are available upon request.
For Scheduled Rides and Flex Route Deviations, call the Scheduling Office between 8:00 am and 4:00 pm, Monday-Friday, at least two business days (by noon) before your trip date. Requests may be made up to one month in advance. All buses feature bike racks mounted on the front of the bus for carrying bicycles and meet ADA accessibility guidelines. Most out of town transportation is for individuals age 60 and above who qualify for out of town funding. Other individuals may be referred through contracts. We facilitate adoptions of children who are in our permanent custody. We also provide a variety of outof-home services including Foster Care and an Independent Living Program for older foster youth. We also offer training required by the State of Ohio for foster and adoptive parents.
